• Sales Executive

  Constructum Code is seeking a driven Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to support and lead our new business intake.

  We are looking for a proactive and committed individual who is eager to grow with the company.   Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and clients

  • Facilitate client meetings both online and in person

  • Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and leads via email, telephone, or project platforms (e.g. Resi, Houzz)

  • Identify and propose new channels for business development

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets

  • Help analyse competitors and market trends to position our services effectively

  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

  Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the construction sector

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated knowledge and genuine interest in the construction sector

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Resi, Houzz, or similar (desirable)

  • Driving licence (desirable)

• Senior Project Manager

  Constructum Code is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking an experienced, driven Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant autonomy and responsibility, including the possibility of fully remote work for an exceptional candidate.

  • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities

  • Manage site logistics, H&S compliance, and risk assessments

  • Support business development by helping to win new clients and secure repeat work

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

  • Strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • Outstanding customer relations skills, with the ability to manage client expectations professionally

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards

  • UK driving licence

  • Experience working in multinational and cross-cultural teams

  • Foreign language skills (desirable)
