Constructum Code completed a very large rear house extension in New Malden, KT3, creating a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area at the heart of the home. The project also included a spacious utility room with a fitted kitchenette, housing a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer — a practical addition that keeps everyday household tasks neatly tucked away.
Parquet flooring was installed throughout with underfloor heating beneath, adding warmth and character to the new space. A full kitchen installation was completed, along with painting and decoration throughout the extended rooms.
