This Constructum Code project involved the full renovation of a lower ground floor flat in Camden, NW1, combined with a rear house extension. The scope of works included underpinning to strengthen the existing foundations, a full structural rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen space, and professional landscaping to the rear garden with stone paving and raised lawn.
The interior was completely transformed to a high specification, featuring two bespoke wet rooms finished with designer tiles and modern sanitaryware, a contemporary fitted kitchen with marble-effect splashback and multiple skylights, and underfloor heating throughout. A new Megaflow hot water system and a complete rewire of the electrical installation were carried out, along with a full heating system replacement.
All carpentry, plastering and decoration were completed to a turnkey standard, delivering a beautifully modernised flat ready for its new occupants.
