Constructum Code completed a side return extension in Peckham, SE15, transforming the ground floor of this property into a stunning open-plan kitchen and living space. The extension features full-width steel-framed crittall-style glazed doors, flooding the interior with natural light and creating a seamless connection to the garden and porcelain patio beyond.
A new bathroom was created on the ground floor, and the property was fully refurbished throughout. Works included a full kitchen installation with dark green shaker cabinetry, marble splashback, Belfast sink and a large marble-topped island, engineered oak wood flooring, and full painting and decoration.
