Constructum Code completed a wrap-around kitchen extension in Forest Hill, SE23, creating a large open-plan kitchen and living space filled with natural light. The extension features a vaulted ceiling with Velux rooflight, aluminium bifold doors opening to the garden, and a beautifully laid patio with steps — perfect for indoor-outdoor living.
A new WC room was created under the stairs, making smart use of the available space. The owners had a clear vision for their kitchen and chose a bold mustard yellow for the cabinetry — a confident, characterful choice that gives the space a real personality. Paired with dark walnut lower units, a dramatic marble-effect splashback and a statement full-height marble island worktop, the result is a kitchen that is truly one of a kind.
