Constructum Code completed a full rear house extension and whole property refurbishment in Balham, SW12, working as a subcontractor for a development company. The project created a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area at the rear of the property, along with a new ground floor WC and a fully renovated bathroom.
The interior was refurbished throughout to a high specification, featuring herringbone parquet flooring in the hallway, painted wall panelling with detailed cornicing, and a statement chandelier. The kitchen was installed with taupe shaker cabinetry, a Belfast sink and double integrated AEG ovens. The bathroom was finished with striking blue zellige tiles and a traditional bath with chrome fittings. External landscaping completed the transformation. The property was sold upon completion.
