Constructum Code completed a rear house extension in Streatham, SW16, creating a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area with impressively high ceilings. A double-pitched roof design was chosen to maximise the sense of space, with four large Velux windows, aluminium bifold doors and a triangular aluminium window above flooding the interior with natural light — the result is a space that feels both bright and luxurious.
A new WC room was cleverly created under the stairs, making excellent use of previously unused space. The property was fully refurbished throughout, including new porcelain floor tiling, a full kitchen installation with sage green shaker cabinetry and quartz worktops, and a complete bathroom installation. Painting and decoration were completed to a high standard throughout.
