Constructum Code completed a loft conversion and rear kitchen extension in Tooting, SW17, transforming this property on two fronts simultaneously. The rear extension created a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, complemented by a practical utility room with an installed washing machine, tumble dryer and shelving.
The kitchen was fitted with slate blue shaker cabinetry, integrated Bosch oven and microwave, a marble quartz island with sink, and engineered wood flooring throughout. Aluminium bifold doors open directly onto a porcelain patio with steps to the garden — bringing the outside in. Alongside the extension, a loft conversion was also completed, adding valuable living space to the upper floors and making this a true whole-house transformation.
