Constructum Code completed a full commercial refurbishment of an office building in Richmond, TW9. The project involved a two-storey rear extension across the first and second floors, including the complete demolition and reconstruction of the roof structure.
The interior was entirely reconfigured — existing internal walls were demolished to create open-plan office spaces with a modern, professional finish. All mechanical and electrical systems were replaced in full, including a brand new heating system and complete electrical installation.
The fit-out was completed to a high specification throughout, incorporating new flooring, full decoration, two WC facilities and two kitchenette areas. A balcony and terrace were created on the first floor at the rear of the building — a welcome retreat where occupants can step outside, breathe fresh air and clear their heads between meetings.
